Using Somny
Somny provides access to AI models through an API and an account dashboard. These terms apply when you create an account, subscribe, or use the service. You must be able to enter this agreement under the laws that apply to you.
Keep your account information accurate and your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for requests made using your credentials. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Use the service lawfully and respect applicable model-provider rules and other people’s rights. Do not bypass access or spending controls, compromise accounts, or disrupt the service. Somny may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, unpaid subscriptions, or provider requirements.
Plans and daily allowances
Stripe subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until canceled. When a manual payment is arranged with Somny support, access starts after payment is confirmed and ends at the paid-through date shown in your account. Manual payments do not renew automatically. Your plan, current billing status, and available models appear in your account. Review the checkout total before paying.
Each plan has one daily allowance of weighted tokens shared across its API keys and models. The multipliers shown in the model catalog determine the allowance used by input, output, and caching. All paid plans share the enabled paid catalog; any free tier has a limited selection.
Allowances reset at midnight UTC. Unused tokens do not carry over. There are no automatic overage charges or token top-ups. When your daily allowance is exhausted, access resumes after the next reset, subject to service availability.
Somny reserves allowance before processing a request and settles it from confirmed usage. If final usage remains unconfirmed after 15 minutes, the hold is released against its original day and that request will not be charged later. See the connection guide for how usage is counted.
Model availability and generated content
Available models, limits, supported features, and response times depend on service capacity and upstream providers and may change. Compatibility with an API format does not guarantee every feature of every app. Check the catalog and guide before relying on a feature.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding how to use it. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your input.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancellation, refunds, and changes
Cancel an active subscription through billing management in your account. A confirmed cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end date shown for the current paid period. Contact support if billing management is unavailable.
Refund requests are reviewed individually under our refund policy. Cancellation does not automatically request or guarantee a refund. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply.
The current terms are published here with an update date. Material changes to a paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect. You may cancel future renewals if you do not wish to continue.
